Following the latest Government announcement, whilst our showroom may not currently be open, we at Bella’s Interiors Limited want to reassure all our customers that we will continue to carry out appointments, both for new enquiries and for fittings of existing orders, and that we will be taking the utmost care to protect both customers and our staff when we visit properties. Understandably, we will be taking one or two extra precautions in order to adhere to the latest rules and regulations, such as asking customers beforehand if they are feeling well, or have had any coronavirus symptoms.
Sales staff will be wearing both masks and face shields, along with latex gloves where appropriate, and will be maintaining social distancing at all times. We ask that customers also wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and wear gloves when handling our sample books/products. It would be helpful if the number of people in the room at any one time is kept to an absolute minimum, and preferably to one customer only at any one time.
Our fitters will similarly be wearing face coverings and maintaining social distancing, and we ask that customers are not in the same room as our fitters during installation of their blinds and/or shutters.
We would further ask that all payments are made either online or by card, and that customers do not hand their cards to our staff, but telephone the office instead so that payment can be taken over the phone.
Whilst we are usually very grateful to accept the offer of a hot or cold beverage, we will obviously politely decline any such offers at this time, and trust that this will cause no offence.
